We will inform the investor of discounted or distressed properties on a daily basis. Once an offer has been accepted, you arrange for payment of the property, and you fully own and control the property from that point forward. You would handle the renovations and the sale of the property yourself. We charge a fee for our services in finding and acquiring the property on your behalf. If further services are needed, we are willing to discuss the extent you wish to have our involvement on a case-by-case basis.
