As in our most basic option, we will inform the investor of discounted or distressed properties on a daily basis. Once a property has been found and the offer accepted, you arrange for payment of the property. You will fully own the property, but we provide services to turn the home into a “turnkey” investment by renovating the property and overseeing the process of selling or holding/renting the property depending on the goal of the investor. We deal with every step in this process including evictions, acquiring city permits, renting and/or selling, among many other things. We charge a fee for our services and/or earn 20% share of the overall net profit. Terms will be discussed and determined depending on each individual investment. The average return on investment is 4-6 months.
Meet and Greet – Upon qualifying as an investor, we will give you a personal tour of our current, closed and potential investments, while discussing the specific needs of the individual investor.
