Converted property into a functional 3 bedroom 2 bath in the front unit. The back unit was converted into a functional 2 bedroom 2 baths. The project included repair of the foundation to meet safety codes. It also included replacement and repair of all plumbing and electrical. All kitchens and bathrooms were updated with new cabinets, fixtures and hardware. All water heaters and wall heaters have been upgraded. The project also included all new windows and partial cast iron work. There has been new stucco and paint to the exterior as well as the interior.
