Searchlight Consulting Group is a real estate investment firm that acquires, renovates and resells undervalued distressed residential properties throughout Los Angeles County and parts of Orange County. We work to fill the void between individual real estate investors and the large successful corporations by eliminating costly mistakes, bad advice and a lack of knowledge and contacts. Searchlight Consulting Group has over 30 years of combined real estate experience throughout Southern California. We have managed over $350 million in real estate assets and successfully completed over 500 transactions start to finish. We bring a unique investment perspective to the market, which enables us to identify, assess and acquire undervalued property. Our extensive knowledge of building structures and market values position us as a leader in this market, giving us the ability to consistently deliver a return on the investment with very minimal risk.
